Sarah Rosado is a self-taught artist based in New York. She was born on December 30th, sharing her birthday with her fraternal twin brother. She also has an older brother and a younger sister. Her mother hails from the United States, while her father is originally from Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. Art has always been a significant passion for Sarah. At just five years old, she began filling her notebooks and any available surface with her drawings. Although this habit occasionally landed her in trouble, her teachers recognized the latent talent she possessed.

Her artistry evolved from traditional pencil sketches to digital formats and now to playful food art. Experimenting with culinary disciplines during a personal project, she crafted food art as an approachable expression of creativity that had broad appeal. Utilizing fresh ingredients, colorful fruits, and vegetables, she transformed plates into lively canvases, impressing family and friends with her play-filled designs. This transition marked a defining moment in her life and paved the path for what would become her signature art form.

Throughout her journey, her greatest source of inspiration has been her cherished uncle, an artist who consistently offered encouragement, guidance, and unwavering belief in her abilities.
